We are a small family company that started the lodging business in August of 2021 with 3 apartments in the tallest building of the city, la Torre de Cali. Now we have 22 and, a beautiful farm in Lake Calima, a wonderful place about an hour and a half away from the city surrounded by nature. We hope that all our guests can enjoy this new experience with this amazing view!
Property information
This unique building is close to everything, located in the city center, making it easy to plan your visit. Most of our studio apartments include a kitchen, and all of them have a living area, closet, Wi-Fi, TV, a full bathroom, and air conditioning, with different capacity options. Our studio apartments offer the best views of the city depending on your choice, you'll have views of different parts of the city, as we are located in the tallest building in southwestern Colombia.
Neighbourhood information
La Torre de Cali is excellently located, near downtown, and to amazing places like La Ermita Church, Granada, where you can find all kind of bars, restaurants, discos, etc, Chipichape, one of the biggest malls where you can find shops, restaurants, theaters, etc. The airport is only 35-40 min away depending on traffic.

Please note that the apartments are ready for two people, if the reservation is for the same day and for more than two people, kindly reach out to us in advance during business hours (Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 10:30 am to 4:30 pm).
Please,note that all reservations must be paid in advance. Torre de Cali Increibles Apartaestudios will provide detailed payment instructions, including a secure payment link and/or the company's bank information to complete the transfer.
Torre de Cali Hermoso Apartamento 6B, 701C, 701B and 39Z have a cleaning fee of COP 80,000 per stay. If you would like daily cleaning, it will incur an additional cost.
Please be aware that the IVA tax (19% of the total reservation fees) is mandatory by law. However, upon your arrival at the airport, you may inquire about the procedures to potentially reclaim this tax from the government.
Upon confirming your reservation, we kindly request that you send us your legal identity document (Colombian citizenship card or passport), as well as your address and email. You will also receive payment instructions, which are to be made directly to us.
Our apartments typically feature a queen-size bed (1.60m x 2m) and a sofa bed (if you would like it set up, please request it during working hours). For extra guests, we offer a nicho (a mattress on a base that slides out from beneath the bed). Reminder: the rates are for 1 or 2 people; there is an additional charge for a third guest or more.
The apartment includes parking.
The entrance to La Torre de Cali is through the office entrance next to the parking basement entrance. During office hours, we welcome guests in our office on the 7th floor. Please note that when entering the building, you will be asked to register at the front desk. You will need to present your ID, and a picture and digital fingerprint will be taken for security reasons. This procedure is mandatory.
