The Palms The Palms is a luxury gated community in a class of its own, and is among the most exclusive vacation lodging available anywhere near Flamingo. Just a few steps from the beautiful Flamingo Beach, The Palms combines spectacular views with 24/7 security and a delightful sense of privacy. Ordinarily it’s impossible to own titled land within 200 meters of the high-tide line in Costa Rica, but in the 1990s this development was grandfathered in to allow titled ownership within 50 meters.
