Villa Loukia is a bright and spacious two bedroom end-of-terrace villa with a private 8x4m pool, pretty landscaped gardens and great golf course views. Bedrooms: One double bedroom (located on the first floor, with adjacent bathroom that has a bath with overhead shower, a separate shower unit & two sinks) one twin bedroom (located on the ground floor, with adjacent bathroom that has a shower). Full Villa Description: The ground floor hosts the open plan kitchen, living and dining area with patio doors that open on to the pool terrace, giving the space a lovely backdrop with golf course views beyond. The modern kitchen is well-equipped, including dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. The living area is comfortably furnished and has a large Smart TV that also has a comprehensive TV system with unlimited movies, and sports channels. Free, reliable wi-fi is provided throughout, and is fully air-conditioned, and has electric heaters for added winter comfort. The twin room is located on the ground floor, with patio doors that open out to the garden and pool terrace. The adjacent bathroom has a shower unit. Upstairs, the master double room has a lovely light feeling with a rear balcony and roof terrace with wonderful views. A great place to take in the sunset views. The first floor has a large bathroom that has a bath with overhead shower, a separate shower unit and two sinks. Outside there is a spacious pool terrace with sunbeds and an outdoor eating area with Gas BBQ – a gorgeous space for al fresco dining and basking in the Cypriot sunshine, within beautiful surroundings. Villa Loukia is located on Hestiades Greens, just a 5 minute stroll from the Resort village centre and facilities. Just a 20 minute drive from the Resort you can find the beautiful harbour town, Paphos, where there are lots of attractions on offer: sightseeing and archaeology, harbour, boat hire, shopping mall, zoo, waterpark, restaurants and more. Just a 10 minute drive either side of the Resort are the traditional, picturesque villages of Kouklia and Pissouri, both ideal locations for taking in the local culture in the pretty village squares. Restaurants and bars are plentiful in both villages and offer a true Cypriot experience!
