Cosy and comfortable villa in the right location. There is a Private Chef Service in the villa upon request HOUSE RULES: Air conditioning must be turned off when the villa/apartment or any rooms are unoccupied to avoid extra charges being incurred. The units are very effective and can reduce the temperature to the required level within minutes. Don't switch on the units with windows or doors open. All Air Conditioning Units: to get the best performance to put at 26 degrees on cold mode (lower degrees damage the unit). The pool is extremely clean but there is a pool net available in the villa to use when the pool is getting dusty and to remove everything goes in like dry leaves, dust etc etc. Dust does not contain any bacteria. Air Conditioning Units to put on heat mode. Long Stay - all the villa utilities are on the guests (Electricity, Water, Pool maintenance, WIFI) EARLY CHECK IN OR LATE CHECK OUT AVAILABLE ON REQUEST (FEES MAY APPLY) Please, treat my home with respect. It is strictly prohibited to smoke inside of the villa/apartment. If you will damage or stain something during your stay, please inform me and the damages cost will be on you. We kindly ask you to not put anything down the toilet (toilet paper, nappies, baby wipes, cotton buds etc etc etc), only into the bin all the time. CHECK OUT: to close/to lock windows, doors, switch off all the air-conditioning units, switch off all the lights inside/outside, put all the blinds down and put the house key back into the key box outside of the premises and take all the rubbish with you.
