A lovely spacious 3-bedroom apartment with an amazing sea view in the heart of Protaras, located in the most central street of the resort, next to bars, restaurants, and shops. Within a quick stroll, you will find yourself on two beautiful awarded sandy beaches, Vrissi beach and Fig Tree Bay, both famous all over the world for their natural waters! The apartment has 3 bedrooms, all with air conditioning (please note, that one of the bedrooms has a portable air-conditioning), double beds, and large wardrobes, while the main bedroom features its own ensuite bathroom. *Property Update: We would like to inform you that there is currently a renovation site near the property.

Our apartment is located in the most Prime location of Protaras. Within a 1 km radius, you will find a clinic, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, water sports, organized beaches, and much more. Protaras offers numerous beaches, and good nightlife and is the ideal holiday destination, especially for a family with children. There can be found many beautiful beaches in the area that are worth visiting and lots of water sports on offer (pedalos, diving, canoeing, and para-sailing, etc). Protaras also offers a plethora of good local and international restaurants and a thriving nightlife in the summer months and all within walking distance from the villa. There is also a water park and aquarium that are great for children of all ages. The water park, the biggest in the Middle East, can be found just outside of Ayia Napa and is only 10km away. The aquarium is a 5-min drive. Within 10 minutes drive, you can get to Golden Coast Fishing Harbour the romantic Sirina Bay, or the child-friendly Kalamies Beach. Konnos Bay is 5 minutes drive in the opposite direction while Central Protaras Strip, Fig Tree Bay, and Sunrise Beach are only a few meters away! There is a new coastal walkway that has been built linking Protaras Centre with Pernera. The walk is beautiful and flat making it very accessible with a pram or wheelchair. Along the walkway can be found some stunning little 'secret' restaurants/cafes where you can stop for breakfast/coffee on one’s morning walk, or for sundowners/dinner in the evening. It is the perfect place to sit at the end of the day, just a meter or two from the sea, and watch the sunset.
