Hi! I enjoy keeping active, in the gym or exploring interesting places. When I came across this penthouse, it was love at first sight. The mix of location, views, and architecture felt truly special. 🏘️ About the Neighborhood I was born in Karlovy Vary and have lived here my whole life – in fact, I live in the same building where we host our penthouse. I know this place like the back of my hand, and I truly believe you’ll fall in love with it just like I did. 😊 Our guests especially appreciate the perfect balance: we’re in a peaceful, green area right by the forest, yet just a 7–8 minute easy walk to the historic city center. There, you’ll find spa colonnades, hot springs, the theatre, and the iconic Grandhotel Pupp. You can go for a jog in the forest in the morning and enjoy a fine dinner in the evening – all without ever needing a car. 🌿 Right nearby, you'll also find: 🍕 Pizzeria Locale – a local favorite, where guests love the delicious pizza, pasta, and steaks (just 3 minutes on foot) 🚠 Imperial Funicular – a unique and scenic ride into town through a green hillside (3 minutes) 🏞️ Goethe Lookout – a perfect walk straight from the house, with stunning views and (usually open) café at the top 🌲 Diana Funicular – a relaxing ride through the woods, leading to a viewpoint, butterfly house, and forest restaurant Karlovy Vary is an extremely safe city with a very low crime rate, making it ideal for families, couples, and solo travelers alike.
