Our parking spaces are located next to the building. Your car should not be wider than 1.8 metres and must only be parked in a marked "home2share" parking space. Cleaning policy: Your room is cleaned before arrival and after departure. For stays of 8 days or more a weekly cleaning service is included. Extra cleaning during your stay can be arranged upon request for a fee. Our property offers a variety of rooms, so the room assigned to you may vary slightly in layout or decor from the one shown in the photos. If a child under 6 years of age is allowed to stay free of charge according to the booking conditions, the child is accommodated free of charge without a separate bed, bed linen and towels. An extra set of towels can be provided on request at an additional cost. This is a non-smoking apartment. Parties are also prohibited. Please pay attention to the following purposes to be charged extra: 1. Smoking (including electronic devices) - 300 euros. 2. Smoke detector removed - 300 euros. 3. Violation of house rules (pets, disturbing the peace, etc.) - 150 euros. 4. Non confirmed late check-out up to 4 hours - 50 euros. 5. Non confirmed late check-out from 4 hours - daily price. 6. More people staying than booked - 15 euros for each extra guest per night. 7. Apartment or common spaces left in an extremely dirty condition - amount of extra needed cleaning hours.
