From February 2024, our lovingly furnished vacation apartment awaits you in the university town of Ilmenau, where you will find time to relax and unwind. There are butchers, bakers and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity of the ultra-modern furnished apartment. Whether summer or winter, the nearby forest and the Rennsteig offer excellent opportunities for activities and relaxation. The ski resorts of Oberhof am Rennsteig and Schmiedefeld are within easy reach. Swimming enthusiasts can dive into the refreshing waters of the outdoor pool 3 km away. The SPA Gabelbach is recommended for wellness offers. The 124 km long Ilm valley cycle path is 200 m from the property and leads from above the source of the Ilm in Allzunah to the mouth of the Ilm in Großheringen. The ice rink, indoor swimming pool, cinema and town hall are all within a radius of 3 km. The public transport connection is right outside the front door. A free parking lot is available. For a city or shopping tour, the state capital Erfurt, 45 km away, and Weimar, approx. 70 km away, offer everything your heart desires.
