Very nice, newly renovated 1-room apartment with kitchenette and private bathroom.
It is centrally located in the town of Merzig, with shops for daily needs in the immediate vicinity.
Bus and train stops are also within a five-minute walk.
There is excellent motorway access (only 5 minutes by car) to Luxembourg, Saarlouis, and Saarbrücken.
Affordable and free parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity (adjacent street, etc.) depending on the time of day.
