We, Marwin & Paul, have been self-employed in the field of short-term rentals since January 2021. With every stay we try to give our guests a 5-star stay. In order to achieve this goal, we have developed many standards that other providers may not have. Each of our apartments is equipped with a Smart TV to forget the often gray rainy days in the Harz Mountains. And in order not to have to choose the monotonous TV program, we provide Netflix free of charge. So that every day can start well with a fresh espresso, there is a fully automatic coffee machine in the apartments. Of course, the coffee beans are included in the rental price. We clean according to a cleaning plan specially prepared for our objects and with very high-quality cleaning agents from ECOLAB. The apartment is in a student dormitory in a rather quiet location on a main street. The street is characterized by many beautiful half-timbered houses. Unfortunately, the entrance and the parking lot are not very well maintained. Many hiking trails and stops for both the bus and the Harz narrow-gauge railway start in the vicinity of the apartment. These can be reached on foot in a few meters. The city center can be reached on foot in 2km, while the nearest supermarket (Netto Markendiscount) is about 1.5km away. The campus of the Harz University is about 200m away.
