Upon arrival you will find our brightly lit hallway leading to the living room, kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom has access via the living/dining area. In the living room you can spend a cozy evening watching a good film on the smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime Video). If you are traveling with several people, you can plan the next day in good company at the dining table, alternatively you will find a small seating area with 2 chairs in the kitchen for a quick coffee in the morning. You can prepare your favorite meal in our fully equipped kitchenette with oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher. The basic ingredients required for this – salt, pepper, sugar and oil – are always available. With the existing curtains and blinds, you can completely darken the bedroom and living room and thus ensure more privacy and a restful sleep. The bedroom has a 180x200cm double bed. Another sofa bed with a lying surface of 140x200cm is in the living room. The modern and newly renovated bathroom with underfloor heating awaits you at any time with your favorite music, a large glass shower, hair dryer, washbasin and large mirror.

The apartment is located 2 side streets and only 350m away from the Klinikum Chemnitz location - Dresdner Straße. It is 250m to the next stop and 2.5km to the center of Chemnitz.
