Right at the start of our business in early 2023, we first asked ourselves what criteria were particularly important to us when deciding on suitable and sensible accommodation for private and business trips. During these discussions, it quickly became clear that our family-run holiday apartment and short-term rental company would focus primarily on high-quality, comfortable apartments in attractive locations for our guests. We place particular emphasis on comfortable beds, fast and uncomplicated internet, and a functional kitchen with everything you need to cater for yourself. If you want to relax after a refreshing shower, the television should be a little larger and meet the latest technical expectations, with access to Netflix and other streaming services. These experiences, as well as a good dose of ‘cosiness and well-being’, have had a strong influence on the features you will find in our holiday apartments. Welcome to Relax-Home-Apartments – your top accommodation measuring 92 or 102 square metres. In addition to many amenities such as high-quality Swiss Sense box spring beds, a comfortable leather sofa for 7 people, a well-equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom, we have prepared other highlights for your stay in each of the 2 apartments, including a 65" 4K Smart TV. For families: Daily access to the Augsburg City Library, located on the ground floor of the same building. Here you can borrow books for all ages, board games, audio books, films or PS4 games (console only available in apartment ‘A’) free of charge. Free use of the PLAY & CHILL Room there. During opening hours, you can meet up with friends to play games on the PS5 or Nintendo Switch on a large screen, play and relax. For business travellers: Short travel times (< 5 minutes) from the A8 motorway exit to the flat. Large companies such as MAN and Kuka are only a few minutes away. Direct lift access from the underground car park to the flat entrance door. Stable and fast internet connection for team meetings or online applications. Large, stable work table – also suitable for smaller meetings. We are happy to provide a separate monitor on request (request 1 day before your arrival or directly when making your reservation) for a small donation. For holidaymakers or city visitors: We can purchase day tickets for public transport for you (against reimbursement of the purchase price). Tickets are available for 1-4 adults – up to 4 children (up to 14 years of age) can travel free of charge. A maximum of 5 adults + 4 (free) children are possible on one day ticket. Our guests feel very comfortable with us thanks to the size of the two flats + cleanliness and the high-quality overall furnishings + balcony/terrace.

The Lechhausen district is the largest single district in Augsburg. This means that everything you need for daily life is right on your doorstep. There is a large supermarket with a bakery directly opposite. Many restaurants and beer gardens, as well as a good butcher, are within a two-minute walk. The ‘Saunawelt Augsburg’ spa and many shops are also right next to the flat and easily accessible. Beverage and snack vending machines are available in the same building at the side entrance. An ATM, a pharmacy and various doctors are located in the neighbouring building. All sights and the city centre/old town can be easily reached in just a few minutes by public transport or by car.
