It's a place to frolic, relax and spend time together In the completely renovated log cabin, light streams in through the large windows, and the white walls and high ceilings in every room create a cozy atmosphere. Inside, the interior is decorated in a Nordic style with a twist of old and new, flea market finds and architect-designed furniture. In the lovely kitchen, you can cook together and enjoy your meal around the dining table. The cottage is ideal for relaxing in the cold months with board games and the crackling of the wood-burning stove. In the warmer months, there's plenty of space outside for playing, lounging on the lounge furniture or grilling a nice steak. The cottage's outdoor areas are perfect for cozying up with a good book in hand. Meet Henriette We are Søren and Henriette, and we have been dreaming of owning a holiday home for several years, and we finally found the right one. The choice was a log house, and in our opinion, the house equals the holiday home dream. It wasn't our plan to rent out our house, but after further consideration, the idea of sharing this dream is right up our alley. The cottage is a short walk from the beach, and we love walking along the shoreline, collecting rocks and other decorative items. If you want to extend the walk, the Gilbjerg area with the Søren Kirkegaard stone is recommended. If you fancy a bit of shopping or a cup of coffee, Gilleleje town is definitely recommended. During the summer months, there are plenty of opportunities to hunt for fleas at flea markets in Tisvildeleje, Gilleleje and Hornbæk, and there are also a number of flea markets in the area where you can find great treasures.
