I moved to the DR a little over two years ago, and along with my wife we incorporated a property management company. Having both a Tourism Management Degree and Maintenance Management experience has stage for a quickly growing number of listings with satisfied clients and guests. Drawing from our experience in the area we have developed a number of extensive guidebooks to enhance your experience at any of our properties. Eric is your host and first point of contact. Together with my wife and co-host, we can and will respond quickly to any issues that come up with the accommodation. We are also available for any recommendations or advise in the area and have several tours and excursions that we are able to book for you.

This spacious beachfront condo has it all. Fully equipped condo directly on the beach will provide you with the making of a unforgettable vacation. The quite condo community has a beachfront restaurant where you can enjoy a meal or drink, order delivery, or take out to the beach and watch the sunset.

Neighbourhood information

Cabarete East Beachfront Community is located just four minutes from Cabarete. Only a 40 min drive from POP Int. Airport, 25 min drive to Sosua. Within the condominium complex you will find a full service restaurant with daily specials where you can eat, order for take-out or delivery. Walk directly onto the beach and walk for miles if you desire.
