We are professional hosts managing guest apartments for short term stay and long term rental mostly in the cities of Tallinn and Tartu in Estonia.

Property information

Brand new apartments that are fully furnished in Scandinavian style to give you a pleasant stay. The location is facing Tallinn University in the city center. Groceries shop across the street is open 8am to 10pm. Multiple restaurants are also situated nearby. Walking distance to the Old Town is ~1km (~15min). Tram stop is next to the building, 2 stops from the center. Airport and seaport are easily reachable by trams.

Neighbourhood information

Very beautiful Kadrioru park is just 2 trams stops or nice walk away from the building. Estonian Art Museum (Kunstimuuseum, aka KUMU) is also located in this park. Bus and tram stops are very close by on the Narva mnt street in just a minute walking distance (100m). 10 minutes walk (750m) from Port of Tallinn (Helsinki-Finland terminal). Various dining options around and grocery store (Selver) around the corner. Seaside promenade for walking, jogging just 7 minutes walking distance (600 m). Kadrioru park with Presidential Palace is just 15 minutes walk (1.1 km) away, 8 minutes with tram ride :)
