Each room has bed linen, towels, extra blankets, and pillows. Fast free internet and LED TVs. Also a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and dishes. In the bathrooms, there is soap, shower gel, and shampoo. You can order breakfast, laundry, ironing facilities, and a hairdryer for an additional fee.
Liiva Guest Accommodation is located a 10-minute walk from the town center. The distance to the nearest supermarket is 500 m. Within walking distance are the river promenade, the sports hall of the University of Tartu, the botanical garden, the town hall square, the AHHAA center, and the Estonian National Museum.
