Property information

We are in the middle of the Fifth Settlement (New Cairo) near to American University, Future University, Road 90, Point90 Mall, Cairo Festival City Mall, bank and medical complex, Waterway, Concord Plaza, and various restaurants. It is fully furnished with a comfortable modern style. The whole place is covered with cameras for your security, except inside apartments. The guest entrance is through the garage gate.

Neighbourhood information

The building is in the main road (Mohamed Nagiub axis ) .We are in the middle of Fifth Settlement, 5 min or less from water way, 10 min away from Rehab city , 7 min away from AUC and 25 min away from the airport . Concord plaza is at the end of the street . You can easily find us through GPS Delivery services from all restaurants and pharmacies are available.
