Our 4* premium apartment is located 150 metres from Arenal Bol Beach and provides air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi, as well as access to an outdoor swimming pool. The location of the property is excellent, everything is within a short walk. The beach, city center, supermarket, old town and restaurants, you can walk everywhere in a few minutes. You don't have to use a car, but for your convenience we have a free parking space in the garage. It offers a tarrace with sea and an outdoor pool view. The apartment features 2x bedrooms, living room with 50" TV, the fully equipped kitchen including large fridge and quiet dishwasher. 2x bathroom with a shower. The apartment has central air conditioning with a heating function to make your stay comfortable both in summer and winter.
Handled with care by a private owner. We make sure that the apartment is always clean and well-equipped to make your stay unique.
Calpe is a great base from which to explore the local area or enjoy the many local beaches, has three of the most beautiful sandy beaches on the coast. It is also a paradise for cyclists and mountain climbing enthusiasts. One of the most famous and recognizable attractions is the Penon de Ifach rock, it is one kilometer long and 332 meters high. In this town you will surely find the perfect way to relax.
