Can Elisa is surrounded by the mountain range Sierra de Bernia and is at the same time close to the beach, so that you can enjoy both landscapes optimally during your stay in Spain. If you like city trips, you have come to the right place at Can Elisa: away from mass tourism and yet close to the popular beaches on the Mediterranean. Altea, Benidorm, Alicante and Valencia are easy to reach by car. The driving distance varies between 30 minutes and two hours.

We, Linda and Jasper, started in September 2011 with the realization of our dream: Guesthouse Can Elisa in Tarbena. A magnificant place, a fantastic house and a wonderful location that we would like to share with you. 2021 has been a wonderful year, we have enjoyed our guests. In the heart of the province of Alicante and nestled in the mountains lies Tàrbena. A small village with winding narrow streets, views and a number of natural water sources. Tàrbena is surrounded by almond groves and there is a peaceful atmosphere. Between January and March the mountains around Tàrbena color white and pink because then the almond trees are full of flowers with blossoms. The area is ideal for all kinds of activities, such as hiking, cycling, photographing and spotting birds. Feeling bored during your stay at Can Elisa is impossible! You can spend a day relaxing on one of the beaches in the vicinity or visit nearby cities. For example Valencia, Benidorm or Altea. But of course it is also possible to have a more active holiday with mountaineering, play golf, horse riding, mountain biking or enjoy beautiful walks and go out hiking: it`s all possible. We are situated 3.5km from the village of Tàrbena, we recommend (to rent) a car.
