This charming house is located right in the centre of Alaró and offers the perfect retreat for 8 guests, where they can enjoy the island’s tranquillity with every comfort. The outdoor area offers a space designed for maximum enjoyment, featuring a salted pool measuring 7x3 metres with a constant depth of 1.70 m. It is surrounded by a spacious terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas for relaxing under the sun. There is also a chill-out area with sofas, perfect for gathering at any time of day, and an outdoor table where you can enjoy meals in the open air. The mobile barbecue is an added bonus for those who enjoy cooking outdoors, while the outdoor shower is convenient after an excursion or before entering the house. The interior is distributed over three floors and combines an elegant renovation with traditional elements such as exposed beams and warm tones. On the ground floor, a spacious and bright living room with a Smart TV opens onto the dining area and the modern, fully equipped induction kitchen, creating a continuous and welcoming space. On this floor there is also a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms with air conditioning. The master bedroom features a ceiling fan and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub. A second bathroom with a shower serves the remaining bedrooms. The second floor houses the fourth bedroom, also with a double bed and air conditioning, along with a full bathroom with a shower and a sauna, offering an additional relaxation area. The house also includes a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Please note that due to certain features, this accommodation is not suitable for families with small children.

The house is located in the village of Alaró, in a peaceful setting at the foothills of the Serra de Tramuntana, ideal for those seeking nature and hiking routes. Just minutes away are paths leading to the iconic Castell d’Alaró, offering views over central Mallorca. The village features stone streets, cosy squares and a good selection of local cafés and restaurants. Nearby, there are traditional wineries and rural estates that can be visited. Within about 30 minutes by car you can reach the beaches of Palma Bay and Alcúdia, and the golf courses of Son Termes and Pollença are also fairly accessible. It is a perfect area for combining sports, culture and island excursions.
