Beautiful semi-detached house in a small well kept private gated development with shared pool. The house is built over 3 floors. Upstairs, there are three large double bedrooms (two with King Size beds and the third one with two large single beds) and a large bathroom. The master bedroom has a terrace / conservatory with stunning sea views. Downstairs, you can find a shower room, a fully fitted kitchen, dinning / seating room with a large corner sofa, a 48 inches LCD Smart TV and soundbar. There is a large terrace (with awning) with panoramic mountains and sea views, perfect for sun bathing and for breakfast and dinners al fresco. The house is perfectly located as it's only 2-4 minutes walk from Burriana Beach and under 10 minutes walk from the busy and lively Centre / Balcon de Europa / Carabeo area, where you can find plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. We have just finish refurbishing the house; new bathroom, flooring, air-con, awning, solar water, a new kitchen with modern appliances, including an American fridge/freezer with water and ice dispenser. All furniture and beds are brand new and of a very high standard. The dinning table and kitchen have been designed by us.

Spanglish family working and living in London. Our respective parents and extended family live in Andalucia so we visit a lot and wanted our own base. As soon as we saw the house we knew it was the right one and we sure did look at a lot of properties in Nerja over an 18 month period! It took over a year to buy with the previous owner getting cold feet for over 6 months. Hopefully this will one day be our retirement home. In the meantime we hope you really enjoy our beautiful holiday home which we have been lovingly restoring!

Nerja boasts 16 km of beaches with powdery sand and sparkling clear water. All major water sports are available here, including water skiing, scuba diving and sailing. Flanked by a dramatic mountain range, Sierra Almijara, to the east, the town has, fortunately, managed to avoid being blighted by the concrete high-rise scenario. The old quarter of the town is still virtually unchanged with narrow, winding streets, whitewashed houses with wrought iron terraces overflowing with geraniums. However, the heart of Nerja is its spectacular Balcón de Europa the "Balcony of Europe", a magnificent promenade along the edge of a towering cliff, once the site of the great Moorish castle, with sweeping panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the small coves and beaches below, against an awesome backdrop of hazy blue mountains. The town's monuments include the 17th century Church of El Salvador, in a style which is a charming mixture of baroque and Moorish, or mudéjar, and the beautiful Gardens of Capistrano Playa, which descend to Burriana Beach. Nerja's most spectacular attraction is its fascinating caves, located just 3km from the centre of town.
