We’re a small, international team based in Jávea. We manage Casa Tosca year-round; during winter, our on-site team handles daily operations and guest care. We are Peter and Suzanne, Yeimy and Sergio, Angela and Adrian, should you meet one of us around.
Property information
The house is in the center of the old town on a corner street. It is made of tosca stone, which gives it a special warm feeling. Constructed from exquisite tosca stone, this historic house was built around 200 years ago, and we have meticulously renovated it to meet modern standards while preserving its authentic character. We have four beautifully furnished apartments and one cozy room
From the charming streets filled with restaurants and cafes to the beautiful beaches and historic landmarks, you'll find everything you need just a short walk away.

Neighbourhood information
The neighbourhood is very safe. The histrionic house is within 5 minutes walk to excellent gastronomic restaurants , the market, the shops and the old village square . The apartment is within 20 minutes walk to the sea , 4 km to the family friendly L’Arenal beach with great restaurants and nightclubs . Multiple festivals and parades are often the theme of the week in the old town. The wonderful colourful Spanish character, culture and traditions make Javea a fantastic holiday destination.
My favorites around the village are La Cajita, Temblor, Embruix, Parilla del Cellar and the market of course. On the beach, it is always nice to have breakfast at La Siesta or the Indian restaurant at the Port.
