Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), heating, air conditioning, and a washing machine. A smart TV is available, and extra channels can be requested. The property is equipped with electric shutters. The apartment features a private outdoor area with an open terrace and a balcony. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor area, including a fenced pool, a whirlpool, a garden, a children's pool, and an outdoor shower. The property is within walking distance to the village, supermarkets, shops, and restaurants. An elevator is available in the building, and the property offers step-free access throughout.
