⚠️ The accommodation is located on the 2nd floor in a building without an elevator. Additionally, there is ongoing construction nearby, which can cause some noise. The entrance of the apartment of 69 m2 leads to the living room with a dining table and sofa and fully equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge, microwave, pots, pans, crockery, and a washing machine. Every bedroom has a double bed, two bedside tables, and a wardrobe. The apartment also has an AC and WiFi. The bathroom is bright and has everything you need for your comfortable stay in Malaga. The access to the apartment is digital and requires a smartphone with an internet connection to unlock the interior door. Upon booking, you will receive detailed instructions on how to use the digital key system. - Please note that all guests (regardless of their age) must fill the legal registration form Orden INT/321/2021, according to the Spanish legislation (Royal Decree 933/2021). When traveling with a minor, you'll be requested to indicate the type of family relationship. Refusing to comply the order above will form a formal ground to deny the access to the property and will not be subject to any compensation.

The city center of Málaga has a wide range of cultural activities to help you discover the Andalusian culture and local customs. This city is the cradle of artists like Picasso and has developed its potential to offer visitors unique experiences. The nearest bus and taxi stops are just 5 minutes away at la Plaza de la Marina. The main train and bus station is 15 minutes on foot. You can get to the airport by bus, train, or taxi, and the trip will take you 20-30 min depending on the transport you choose. There are several parking lots nearby, the closest one, Parking Tejón y Rodriguez is just 2 minutes away on foot. There is no free parking in the historic center of Málaga.
