Nearby, La Châtre captivates visitors with its heritage and traditional market, while Aigurande offers shops and local entertainment. A perfect place to gather with friends or family in a friendly and authentic atmosphere, typical of Berry. The entrance is through the welcoming kitchen, which opens onto a large dining room. A few steps lead to the mezzanine living room, furnished with a wood-burning stove and a large sofa, perfect for relaxing. This level also includes a double bedroom with a 160cm bed and an en-suite shower room, as well as a separate toilet. On the first floor, a spacious landing serves as a relaxation area with a reading corner, foosball table, video projector, and sofa. This floor comprises three bedrooms: two bedrooms, each with a 160x200cm double bed, one bedroom with a 90x200cm single bed and a bunk bed. The bedrooms share a large bathroom, a shower room with a toilet, and a separate toilet. The second floor houses two attic bedrooms, each with two 90x200cm beds, separated by a small landing.
