Fully equipped: - 3 master suites with double bed + separate bathroom - 4 single bunk beds - 1 double bed - 1 separate toilet - TV with CANAL+ - free WIFI - Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, fridge with mini-freezer, plenty of storage space, kettle, toaster. For coffee lovers : perco coffee maker, filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine, to make you feel right at home :) - 4 fully-equipped bathrooms. Mirror, shower gel supplied, hairdryer, towels supplied - Nordic bath (to be supplied by your own means) - 1 laundry room equipped with washing machine and tumble dryer. ## The neighborhood The gîte is located in a quiet neighborhood close to amenities, a ten-minute drive from restaurants, bars, bakeries, tobacconists, mini-markets. Various leisure activities are available in the surrounding area. In winter, ski resorts are close by (Gourette, Artouste, Formigal and a beautiful Spanish resort). In summer, many walks, hikes and bike rides are possible from our gîte. ## Getting around For everyday conveniences, restaurants, supermarket, bakery, everything is a 10-minute drive away :) ## Note Please observe the following rules: - Parties strictly forbidden - Pets strictly forbidden - All forms of smoking are strictly forbidden - Cleaning is included, but this does not exclude respect for the accommodation by travelers (washing up, not leaving garbage lying around...).
