The Gîte du Soulier is nestled in nature, in a peaceful setting, with a swimming pool shared with the owners who rarely use it. Enjoy beautiful panoramic views. It is modern and well-appointed. All the equipment and bedding are new. It includes a living/dining area with a kitchenette, three bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed, one with a double bed, and one with two single beds), a shower room, and a separate toilet. You can enjoy the lovely terrace and its view while dining outdoors. Heating is provided by a pellet stove, and baby equipment is available upon request. Beds are made upon arrival, towels are provided, and heating or air conditioning is included. A cellar is available for storing bicycles. The gîte is attached to the owner's house and offers complete privacy. *POOL INFO: Unheated, open from May to September (weather permitting) from 9 am to 8 pm - 10m x 4m - 1.40m deep - chlorine-treated - with a roller cover. Valvignères is a superb village in the lower Ardèche region, and there are many other charming villages to visit nearby (Alba-la-Romaine, Scéautres with its basalt neck, Balazuc, Labeaume, Vogüé, Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, Ruoms, Vals-les-Bains with its thermal baths and intermittent spring, etc.). You can enjoy visiting the numerous daytime and nighttime craft markets in summer, wine cellars and tasting rooms, and nougat, candied chestnut, chocolate, and macaron factories. For cultural enrichment, you can explore the Chauvet Cave, Museal and its ancient site, the Lavender Museum, the Chestnut Museum, the Jean Ferrat Museum, the Silkworm Museum, caves and sinkholes, castles, prehistoric sites, and more.
