We have been renting 7 bedrooms in our own house for 5 years now. We live there, but we share only the entrance with our clients.

Property information

La Mansarde is a guest house offering private bedrooms in a family attic. It occupies the 2nd and top floor of a 18th century building. It's ideal if you are looking for a charming and central place to enjoy Nice, less so if expect a luxurious setting. You will receive informations for a self check in. We are not an hotel, we don't clean the rooms during our clients stays. The apartment is cleaned every day.

Neighbourhood information

In the very heart of the port, in the antic shops neighborhood, half way between the trendy "petit marais niçois" and the beach.
