Provencal country house with sea view near Monaco

Set in a traditional Provencal country house in the hills of Beausoleil, Le Mas d'Angeline offers panoramic views of the sea and of Monaco. Guests can relax in the shared garden. Each self-catering apartment at Le Mas d'Angeline offers a living area with a TV, and some have a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. A washing machine and a bathroom with a bath or shower is also provided. Guests can make homemade meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Meals can be enjoyed in the dining area, and shops and restaurants can be found just 1 km away. The Nice-Côte d’Azur Airport is 30 km away and Monaco is just 1 km away. Guests can access Ventimiglia 25.6 km away, and can hike on the Via Alpina just next to the property. A car is necessary to access the property and 1 parking space is provided per apartment. The use of a vehicle is required to access this property in the heading a savoir nestled on the heights of Beausoleil, in a rural setting close to the Grima forest, this residence is located in a peaceful, secluded residential area, far from the urban hustle and bustle. Please note that there is a steep climb up a narrow, winding road to the property. Warning: We would like to point out that this property is not recommended for people without a car, given its isolated location.

Its Mediterranean garden, planted with century-old olive and almond trees, invites relaxation and a gentle way of life. Accommodation The apartments, tastefully decorated, are air-conditioned and feature a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, and dining space. - Studio Cactus: charming studio with private terrace, ideal for a solo traveler or couple. - Amandier: one-bedroom apartment with two sea-view windows and shower room. Warm and functional. - Olivier: one-bedroom apartment with panoramic sea view, bathroom with bathtub, ideal for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Access via stairs: Cactus 38 steps, Amandier 54, Olivier 68. The garden is not adjoining but accessible on foot. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Access & Parking: Car required. No public transport serves the property. . The municipal paved road is about 450 m long, narrow, winding, and steep, yet fully drivable.
