A magnificent studio on the Promenade des Anglais facing the sea. Prestigious residence with elevator. The apartment is located on the 6 floor and enjoys a superb sea view. A studio for a comfortable stay of two people. You will enjoy a unique and magical location directly on the prestigious Promenade des Anglais on the seafront. The building is very well maintained with elevator. The apartment is located on the 6 floor and therefore enjoys a breathtaking sea view, which will make you feel immediately on vacation! A covered terrace / veranda gives you more space. You can take meals there facing the sea (bay windows open or closed as you wish) The living room has everything to make your stay pleasant: a small desk to put a computer or write a high-end sofa with a comfortable mattress intended for permanent sleeping. Quality bed linen and towels provided in the rental. TV and high speed internet access A modern, equipped kitchen. Coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge, hob, dishes needed. A small entrance hall with cupboards and a bathroom with shower, Wc, renovated sink.
The apartment is located on the famous Promenade des Anglais, you can take long walks along the sea or go directly to the beach located in front of the apartment. You can access the private beaches (for a fee with umbrellas, deckchairs and restaurant) or the free public beaches. Behind the apartment is a street with shops, restaurants and a tram stop allowing you to come directly from the airport or easily access the city center. A direct tram from the airport stops a few meters from the apartment (Lenval stop) The linen tram 2 takes you from the airport (terminal 1 or 2) to the apartment in 10 minutes or from the apartment to the city center in 5-6 minutes!
