Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in Saint pierre la mer, this beautiful air-conditioned studio at the foot of the beach, less than 100 m from the beach, with an area of 18 m² and can accommodate up to 2 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises an attractive 18 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The apartment comprises : - An 18 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed (160x200)... - A fully-equipped kitchen with microwave oven, hob... - Bathroom with shower, WC Outside : - A 4 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
