Hi, I’m Kip. My wife Anne and I spend time between our home in North Carolina and her home country of France in Provence and the southern Alps. We have three children at various stages of young adulthood, with two in school at NC State University. We love to travel and spend as much time outdoors as possible. Passions include any kind of cycling (mountain bike, bikepacking, road, tandem), hiking and multi-day backpacking, skiing and discovering this wonderful world! We love to spend time with old friends and make new ones and are truly blessed to know some of the best, most genuine people one can imagine. If we have to decline an invitation for an adventure, its usually because we’ve already scheduled something at the same time! On that note, some of the best area we have found for beauty and adventure is right here in the NC mountains. Beautiful and very sunny 100m2 apartment for 4-6 people that has been completely renovated in the heart of the historic district of Barcelonnette, looking down on the main plaza. This apartment contains a large living room with sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction stove, fridge,freezer, microwave and dishwasher), 2 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and a WC. Views of the mountains and the steeples of Barcelonnette. Storage closet for 2 bikes or skis/snowboards.
