## The space This apartment, located at the first level of the building with an elevator, is composed as follows: - living room with a convertible couch (140x200 cm), AC, dining table, desk - independent kitchen - bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm), wardrobe, AC - bathroom (bathtub, sink) - independent toilets This accommodation has its own private parking spot in the basement of the building (for a citadine type of car) Exceptional location: - 300m from Ponteil beach - Across the street from the Archeology Museum of Antibes - 500m from the Provencal market ## Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment. ## Guest interaction The apartment is managed by a professional company based in Antibes which will be in charge of welcoming you and helping you throughout your stay. Arrivals are made between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. Please give us a precise arrival time no later than the day before your arrival so that someone can come on site to give you the keys and show you the accommodation. If you wish to arrive before or after this time slot, please contact our team to see the availability of our team. Known for its fine sandy beaches and its superb seaside atmosphere, Ponteil and Salis beaches are the last beaches in Antibes before entering Cap d'Antibes.
