This old, untouched house offers a unique experience for your stay in Touraine. With a surface area of 90m² and a capacity of 5 people, it's the ideal place to spend convivial moments with family, friends or even colleagues. On the first floor, you'll find an attractive, fully-equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, oven, Senseo coffee makers, etc.), where you can cook delicious meals using local produce, and taste the local wine: Vouvray. In the lounge area, you can relax in front of the TV, take advantage of the Wifi connection or browse through a book to plan your next visit to the region. This is followed by a bathroom with bathtub, ideal for a moment of relaxation after a good day's sightseeing, and separate WC. A bedroom with a 120x190cm bed is at your disposal for a good night's sleep. Next, a staircase takes you to the first floor, where two bedrooms await you. The first is equipped with a 130x190cm double bed, and the second with two single beds. Finally, on sunny days, you can sunbathe or play in the garden (garden furniture available). On other days, you have access to a separate recreation room with toys. The house is decorated in an antique style, preserving its authentic character. You'll be transported back in time thanks to the period details, antique furniture and vintage decorative touches that adorn every room. Please note that the size of the beds is a little smaller than today's, but the comfort is still there! It's also ideally located in the center of Vouvray, close to shops, restaurants and the region's famous vineyards. On Friday mornings, there's a market where you can find local specialities. Vouvray is famous for its wine. You can take advantage of your stay to explore the cellars and taste the wine. Vouvray is also a great starting point for hiking and canoeing on the Loire. It's also a strategic location for exploring the Loire by bike, with its many treasures along the way. Everything is easily accessible from Vouvray. You'll be less than 20 minutes' drive from Tours and Amboise. Chenonceaux, for example, is less than 30 kilometers away. The Beauval zoo is less than an hour's drive from the house, as is the Château de Chambord.
