Around the property are opportunities for Cannoeing, cycling and hiking. The local village a few minutes drive away has a lovely little bakery and a little further you will find a supermarket and a McDonalds for those fussy eaters. Oradour Sur Glane: a whole village preserved as a memorial site from the second world war is around 15 minutes away. The city of Limoges a 15 minute drive away is famous for its porceline has many many attractions including a cathedral, bottanical garden, museums, bars, restaurants, shops and nightlife. Limoges airport is only 8 minutes away with fairly cheap connections to Stansted, Manchester, East Midlands, Bristol and others. If you need picking up from the airport we are happy to help and if want a rental car, please contact us first, there are much cheaper options from french supermarkets than the airport rentals.
