Your stay is important to us and we have sought to equip our home to a high standard and to anticipate your needs by providing all the things you might want for a well needed getaway but please contact us if you have any further questions or queries. You will be staying in 11 The Nook - Our Luxurious home from home, Which Includes four cosy bedrooms to choose from with TVs in each room all with built in Amazon fire sticks. Toilet/Shower Upstairs and Downstairs. A Huge smartTV and sofa / Sofa-Bed in the Living room perfect for movie nights!! Big Kitchen/Diner designed for hosting with Oven, Stove top, Americain Fridge Freezer with built-in Water and Ice Dispenser, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer and of course a Toaster and Kettle- Teas and Coffee Provided. Bi-fold doors allow a gorgeous garden view while dining. These lead out to the undercover indoor/outdoor Area with egg chair, outdoor heater and Hot Tub. On the grass is outdoor furniture with shade. Entirely Newly Refurbished to High Spec, with everything you may need to relax and unwind.. - we hope you love it as much as we do..

Wivenhoe is a small riverside town, close to the University of Essex, with a history of fishing and boat building. Whilst some of this industry remains, it now has a healthy population of students and creatives giving it a unique character within the borough. Wivenhoe's small High Street has a collection of independent businesses and eateries,whilst a number of attractive pubs are dotted thoughout the town. You can also find the Sentinel Art Gallery, and Nottage Museum close to the riverside in the town. Everything is all within walking distance. The University is located in Wivenhoe Park, between Colchester and Wivenhoe.
