Bright, comfortable and cosy annexe perfect for 2 people, 7 minutes walk from Bath Spa train station and the city centre. The room can either be set up as a Kingsize or two singles depending on what you prefer. We are situated in a quiet residential street but just a stroll down the hill and you're in the heart of the city. Before entering the bedroom you have your own tea/coffee making area with a fully stocked minibar. You can also make use of the fridge for your own items. We provide cutlery, crockery, washing up liquid, sponge and tea towels. Although we don't provide the facilities for a cooked breakfast, there are cereals, yogurts, bars and fruit juice which are all complimentary

With close access to an excellent high street, the tranquil Kennet and Avon canal, a National Trust Park and a few minutes walk from Bath Spa railway station; this is the ideal place to be if you want a quiet and relaxed location conveniently situated for all the attractions Bath has to offer.
