Welcome to our 1 bedroom flat with a breathtaking view 😍 which has everything you need for a short or long stay. While having breakfast you will enjoy watching ducks 🦆 and swans 🦢 slowly passing by your window! The train station and animated town centre are 5 min away. Perfect place for business travellers or visitors. The bedroom has a king size bed with a very comfortable mattress, freshly ironed bed linen& towels and a big smart TV with Netflix to relax. Fully equipped kitchen with cooking basics (pots, saucepans, oil, salt and pepper). You can always find some tea, coffee, jam and milk for your breakfast. There is also a washing machine, iron&ironing board.

The train station is literally 5 min away by walk, as well as bus stops on Parade. There are several shops, takeaways and a pharmacy nearby. Beautiful Jephson Garden is 10 min walk away and plenty of pubs, restaurants. and coffee shops. One of them is Procaffeinate, located just 30 sec away on Clemens street. And if it is warm outside, enjoy a drink on their cosy terrace looking at the canal!
