Firstly this is my home so guests need to be aware that bathroom and shower room facilities are shared. My dogs also live at the property. They do not have access to the guest accommodation not the breakfast area, however you may encounter them as you go through the living room. If neither of these aspects appeal to you please do not book this accommodation
The property has been in the same family for over 110 years and is a small farm with lots of animals around including cockerels who sometimes crow early in the morning so do not be surprised!
The town of Neath is just over 3 miles with a range of eateries. There is also a mainline railway station. The Neath valley is renowned for its Waterfall country which is truly spectacular and the Gower coastline is within an easy drive.
