This second-floor apartment consists of a kitchen with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge with an ice box and a living/dining room with a TV, seating and dining seating for six. The bedrooms consist of a double, a twin and a single, along with a bathroom. This apartment has access to a gym, indoor swimming pool and games room. Outside, there is a communal garden with furniture, decking and lawned area. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. There is a highchair and travel cot available on request. Apologies, no pets and no smoking. Within 0.2 miles there is a shop, within 0.1 miles, an on-site bar and within 0.4 miles, a beach. Flat 32 makes a lovely base to explore the Sussex coastline. Note: There is a workshop and rehab wing. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out at 10am. Please note - it is a mandatory requirement that anyone staying in the flats must be able to independently use the stairs in the event of an evacuation or the lift not working. Note: The centre has an onsite laundry, swimming pool and fitness gym, all of which are available to guests during specified times.
