Our rooms have been designed to be modern, with all facilities you may need, yet with an unmistakable Orkney feel. To make your stay as comfortable as possible we have included, a desk area, free Wi-Fi, flat screen TV with HDMI cables for your own device, and also a DAB radio. In the room you will find complementary tea and coffee making facilities. We offer complementary toiletries, bathrobe and a hairdryer. In the walk in closet you will find an iron, ironing board and vanity area. Heatherlea has off street parking and is a short 5 minute walk from Kirkwall’s many tourist attractions, ferry terminal, bars and restaurants and most of Orkney’s tourist attractions are easy to reach by public transport from Heatherlea Bed and Breakfast.

Welcoming and professionally run bed and breakfast by a former prominent hotelier and family, we know what guests need to make their stay as comfortable as possible.

Heatherlea B&B is situated in a quiet residential area, close to all local amenities. A short 5 minute walk takes you to the marina, shops, bars and restaurants. The local area has so much to offer any visitor whether it’s for business or pleasure. The local tourist attractions, tourist information centre and ferry offices are all within walking distance. The airport is a 10 minute drive away.
