Neighbourhood information

It's a really safe and friendly part of the city with many shops, restaurants and pubs within easy walking distance. We have 2 local really nice coffee shops and a late night convenience store within 200m and the nearest pub is only 150m away. There's always some local events happening whether its the local school fairs or music events... there is 2 good primary schools nearby so it's a really family friendly area...
