Sydenham is blessed with a great deal of amenities including supermarkets, gastropubs, restaurants, the high street, gyms, brewery and ample green spaces. The area is child friendly and easy to reach for work in Central London - It is well connected to London City and the Docklands, as well as being a short hop away from the entertainments of the Crystal Palace Triangle. Spontaneous art activities are put on by Sydenham Arts, which promotes the art of the local community. Notable local buildings include The Kirkdale Building, Cobbs Corner, St. Bartholomew’s Church and Memorial Drinking Fountain, Upper Sydenham erected to commemorate the 1897 Diamond Jubilee of Queen Victoria. Situated opposite the Sydenham Overground station in trendy South London, these high-specification triple-glazed Smart Apartments are located in a private block with transport connections to London Bridge, Victoria, Crystal Palace and Goldsmiths College. Trains serve Sydenham station up to 12 times every hour. A lot of our guests love the fact that we are close to a train station, which is the main, preferred and popular form of transportation within and around London. This is considered an asset for this property meaning, it is strategically placed so our guests are able to get into Central London and other parts of the UK really quickly. Also, being a couple of minutes away from the station, we are central and well connected to shops and eateries that our guests seem to enjoy in Sydenham.
