A high spec immaculate one-bedroomed barn conversion in beautiful Suffolk countryside in the village of Wortham. Nestled in the ground of owner's 1830's cottage mentioned in a local history book "Parson and People in a Suffolk Village". Completely Self contained, access via a 5-bar gate with plenty of parking. Very private and quiet . A rural, secluded area, views over an acre of cottage garden, common land and surrounded by fields and an abundance of wildlife.

Nearest pub with food is in Redgrave ‘Crosskeys’ 8 minute drive . Star-wings Tap room open weekends . Diss main town 10 minutes from barn Supermarkets : Tesco Morrisons, Aldi. M&S mini Food Hall BP garage on A140 interchange Co-Op Rickinghall 10 minutes drive also The Bell pub serves food A variety of cafes in Diss town centre Plenty of open countryside and walks
