Spacious self-contained apartment in the grounds of Wykeham House near Spalding. Private entrance on the ground floor leads to hall with WC, washing machine and storage, stairs to first floor with large bathroom with shower, bedroom with king sized bed, feature wall and desk. Open plan kitchen/living/dining room with all mod cons, comfortable seating, dining table, large Smart TV and views onto the garden and riverbank which runs alongside the house. Private dining area outside as well as access to the 2.5 acre garden and heated outdoor swimming pool (open June to September).
We live on site and can be on hand for any issues, or will leave additional information if we won't be around
