The Annexe is completely separate from the house. You enter through the conservatory, which has some easy chairs, and into the front door and up the stairs. There is a kitchen on your left and the bedroom/living area is open plan. The shower room and toilet is located off from the living space. Parking is located on the driveway right in front of the properties entrance.

We are situated 10 minute walk from the Great Western Hospital (GWH). There is a field close by which is very scenic and lovely to walk around. Coate Water park has a lake you can walk around, you can walk from the property or there is parking. The local hotel have beauty/massage services, pool and gym. The bus stop, just around the corner can take you into town (runs every ten mins in the week) and stops at the bus station which is close to the train station. All around the property there are walk ways and cycle paths that can take you to other parts of town or you can walk to Coate Water which is a lake popular with joggers and walkers.
