It is situated on the West End of Princes Street, with views of Edinburgh Castle. The Rutland is between Edinburgh's shopping and financial districts. The Scott Monument is a 15-minute walk away, and the EICC can be reached in under 10 minutes’ walk. Each unique room is chic and elegant. In-room treats include free Wi-Fi, a surround sound system, a flat-screen TV, bathrobes and GHD hair stylers. Guests can also enjoy homemade shortbread, real coffee and designer teas. A choice of cinemas and theatres can be reached in under 10 minutes on foot. It is also just 15 minutes’ walk through Prince’s Street Gardens to reach Edinburgh Castle.
