This is a brand new build on a farm within 20 minutes from Glasgow centre by car. Public transport is available or taxi services. Our parking can accommodate large vehicles on the farm but with a grass base. It is wheel chair frendly in one of the bedrooms/bathrooms and in the common areas. Fully equipped for cooking. The heating is hot air pump and underfloor. There are views out to the grounds but the propety is very private. Only the owners and family live on the farm. Extremely discreet.
A keen sportswoman and very international speaks 5 languages and owns many other rental properties In Europe and has been very used to accommodating guests for the past 15 years. Has lived and worked in different European countries for 40 years.
Very quiet and rural there are no shops in the village but there is a retail park 5 minutes away and The next village, Torrance, has pubs and a small supermarket, 15 minute walk. Country walks on the doorstep. 10 mnutes from the start of the West Highland Way in Milngavie. There is a golf course accepting vistors in the village, Balmore Golf course.
