The property comes with two lovely rooms, one is double room with a double bed and a single room single bed, both rooms has a nice comfortable bed and a modern look to go with it. This property also comes with Good heating system, modern bathroom which is right next to the rooms, modern lounge area and well equipped kitchen whereby you have access to microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, Gas cooker and oven. There will be Tea, Coffee, Milk and Sugar provided in the kitchen. House Rules: No pets, parties or shoes allowed upstairs in the rooms, staircase or the landing area. All shoes are to be left by the corridor. THERE IS ALSO FREE WIFI AVAILABLE AT THE PROPERTY. Please ignore the no WiFi sign on the page.

If you are looking to stay in the area where is quiet, peaceful and access to workplaces, well this is the area for you as it is surrounded with greenery, full of horses, farmland and Tilbury Docks is nearby which is only 2 miles away. Tilbury Town Station is also 2 miles away from the property. There is cruise ships nearby which can get you across the River Thames to Gravesend. There is also a massive Amazon warehouse nearby in case you need to get to work and is only 2 miles away from the property, there is Asda superstore right next to the Amazon warehouse, we have a company called Tevva nearby in case anyone working with the company. Among others, there are various other companies, please look it up on google if need be to see what other companies are in the area. There is a convenient store (Co-op) literately just 10 yards from the property. This is a lovely neighbourhood which comes with no regrets and close to Southend-on-Sea which is just 21miles away from the property. lakeside shopping centre is just 17 minutes away from the property in case you need to go for shopping.
