We also have a shop front on the High Street in Elie should you wish to pop in for a chat. Our office hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm. We are happy to communicate with all guests as much as necessary but will otherwise leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with full arrival instructions and all the information you need to check in at your leisure. Check-in is from 4pm, unless one of our early check-in options has been purchased. Check-out is strictly 10am, unless a late check-out option has been added to your booking. Check-in is via a secure key box; you will receive your unique key box code 7 days prior to arrival. Set on the corner overlooking the Toll Green, Toll Green View is a characterful, Category C-listed stone house right in the heart of Elie – perfectly placed for family seaside breaks. Remodeled in 2023, it’s just minutes from the long sandy beach and the popular Water Sports Club, with local shops, cafés and everyday amenities all around you. Park up, settle in and enjoy having everything on your doorstep. Inside, the layout has been thoughtfully updated for modern living. On the ground floor you’ll find a stylish new kitchen/dining room that’s ideal for lazy breakfasts and relaxed suppers, along with a handy WC/cloaks and a double bedroom with its own en suite shower room – great for guests who prefer to avoid the stairs. Upstairs, a lovely first-floor lounge with twin windows looks out towards the Toll Green, giving you a bright, comfortable space to unwind after a day on the beach. There’s also a further double bedroom, a bunk bedroom that’s perfect for younger guests, and a family bathroom with shower. Fibre broadband (from August 2024) keeps everyone connected, whether you’re streaming a film or planning your next East Neuk day out.

Elie is a charming seaside village in the East Neuk of Fife, known for its sweeping golden beaches, pretty harbour and relaxed holiday atmosphere. Award-winning sands stretch from Elie Harbour to Earlsferry, creating almost a mile of safe, family-friendly shoreline that’s perfect for swimming, paddling and long coastal walks. The sheltered bay is a hub for watersports, with sailing, paddleboarding, kayaking and windsurfing all available from Elie Harbour and Elie Watersports. Golfers are spoiled with the classic links of The Golf House Club, Elie on the doorstep, while the wider East Neuk offers a string of picturesque villages such as St Monans, Pittenweem, Crail and Anstruther to explore, and St Andrews is around 20 minutes’ drive away for further shopping, dining and world-famous courses.
